This position focuses on providing troubleshooting assistance, guiding pharmacy staff through technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. This is a remote position requiring strong technical and communication skills. Duties: • Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and technical issues reputed company to proprietary software. • Respond to inbound support calls with a customer-reputed company approach. • Conduct proactive outbound calls to pharmacies to reputed company ongoing support and address potential issues. • Guide pharmacy staff through effective software use to enhance workflows.
