Accounts Receivable Associate- Licensing, Automation, and Compliance

Position reputed company: Th Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech account set-up and aging report, generating various billing claims, and validating Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) compliance. This unique position will utilize not only reputed company skills but also strong customer relationship management skills. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: • reputed company Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business reputed company • Manage accounts receivable reputed company to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy • Generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure reputed company and accurate supplier billing • Prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to reputed company and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data reputed company • Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and reputed company customers • File Maintenance and uploading documents into external portals • Other reputed company or duties as assigned Apply Job!
