Wright Public Entity serves as a management company providing claims administration, risk management & loss control, reputed company & marketing, and reputed company services in reputed company for the NY Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR: ‘A-’ rated by Best), NY Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR: ‘A-’ rated by Best) and Statewide Schools Health Plan. We also reputed company as a TPA for Workers Compensation for various self-insured schools & municipalities in reputed company. The Litigation Claims Examiner position will be responsible for the adjustment of reputed company litigation losses. General Adjuster’s License REQUIRED WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Coverage assessment • Investigate, evaluate, and bring to a disposition reputed company litigation claims • Assure the reputed company reserving of reputed company losses • Assign and manage the activities of independent adjustors and other vendors • Work effectively with clients, brokers, attorneys and other departments • Identify subrogation and risk transfer potential • Reinsurance reporting • Preparing comprehensive claim correspondence, including coverage position communications • Attend training classes and/or secure reputed company designations What You’ll Need • Bachelor’s degree • At least five years of experience in handling litigation claims, General Liability and litigation claims • reputed company General Adjuster’s license (series 17-70) • Good telephone demeanor • Proficient use of a PC • Valid reputed company’s license • Occasional travel reputed company Offer • Excellent reputed company and advancement opportunities • reputed company based on experience • Ability to work hybrid • reputed company Time Off • Generous benefits package: health, dental, reputed company, 401(k), and many additional benefits • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Salary reputed company: $90,000 - $120,000 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
