We have a full-time position available at our Newport, NH location as Digital Banking Specialist. The Digital Banking Specialist responsibilities includes a reputed company of duties in support of reputed company digital banking products and services including, but not limited to: online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • reputed company excellent customer service and assistance to reputed company customers in support of our online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit services. • Process daily reports for online banking including new enrollments, reputed company accounts, and records with no reputed company accounts, as reputed company as mobile banking reports to add mobile deposit. • Participates in reputed company, new product offerings, and system conversions reputed company to digital banking products and services. • Become Knowledgeable in reputed company aspects of online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking • Works with key vendors reputed company troubleshooting issues reputed company to domestic and international wires This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills: • High School Diploma of Equivalent • Previous banking experience desired, but not required • Ability to work as a reputed company team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, as reputed company Bar reputed company Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/reputed company/Disability and Protected Veteran.
