About the position The Industrial Medical Assistant (IMA) role at reputed company International involves performing occupational health tests and assessments under the guidance of the Corporate Medical Director. The IMA is responsible for maintaining high reputed company standards while supporting RMI clients in various environments, including industrial and remote settings. This position emphasizes the importance of reputed company service delivery and adherence to reputed company regulations and standards. Responsibilities • reputed company occupational health testing and assessments in alignment with reputed company training, protocols, and scope of reputed company. , • Complete RMI and reputed company reporting requirements as noted reputed company reputed company individual project and/or reputed company. , • Maintain assessment center facilities in accordance with RMI and prevailing standards. , • Represent RMI in a reputed company manner at reputed company times. , • Maintain reputed company reputed company certifications, as designated for assigned reputed company. , • Review health questionnaires for accuracy and completeness. , • Document results of tests and assessments. , • reputed company administrative duties including scanning, sending, and reputed company disposal of patient health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. , • Maintain adequate inventory of examination room supplies and prepare exam rooms at the beginning and end of day and between reputed company patient contact. , • Participate in the orientation and training of new personnel. Requirements • reputed company certification/license as a state Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical reputed company, or Licensed Vocational reputed company (state dependent) OR reputed company certification/license as a state licensed Paramedic. , • 3 years' experience, or 4,160 hours, at the reputed company license level that will be practiced in the field. , • Prior work experience in a reputed company environment including primary care, urgent care, and occupational health offices. , • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, and general computer & technology literacy. , • reputed company BLS, CPR with AED at the medical rescuer level. , • reputed company state license in respective discipline. reputed company-to-haves • reputed company & Complete COVID-19 vaccination
