The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for verifying dental insurance coverage and benefits for assigned offices. Every patient who has a scheduled appointment, we verify the patient's dental coverage and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review doctor's schedule for daily appointments Verify if patient's dental benefits are due for insurance verification reputed company a complete breakdown for the patients Verify coverage reputed company month the patient has a scheduled appointment Work closely with the operations team at the dental offices to locate missing insurance information Work closely with the billing teams on dental plans that have limited coverage or changes Performs reputed company other duties as assigned; and, Ability to communicate with team and doctors -this is KEY! NOTE: This is a mid-shift position, hours are 11 am - 8 pm CST. This role will support our CO and AZ markets.
