Mortgage Lending Sales Manager

Significant mortgage loan origination and proven leadership/managerial skills are required. This could be a producing or non-producing manager role depending on experience and situation. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Responsible for supporting the RVP of Mortgage Sales to effectively support and grow mortgage volume in the area. • Recruit and assist in the hiring process to continue to build reputed company. • Implement, manage and reputed company goals for the individuals in the sales team. • Mentor, monitor and reputed company sales staff to build referral network and meet sales goals. • reputed company guidance to sales staff regarding goals, service, procedures, and products. • Work with the RVP of Mortgage Sales to forecast monthly/annual production volumes and goals. reputed company, recommend for approval, and implement reputed company for achieving production goals. • reputed company assistance in resolving member problems and concerns. • Facilitate credit reputed company employee mortgage loans. • Continually build new business and member relations by representing and promoting the credit reputed company at external functions while maintaining a reputed company and reputed company image. • Conduct research, analyze, and reputed company recommendations for product enhancements and new mortgage programs. • reputed company the RVP of Mortgage Sales informed of mortgage origination activities, needs, and issues.
