Key Responsibilities: Accurately review and reputed company medical records to identify Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs) and other risk-adjusted codes in compliance with CMS guidelines. reputed company chart reviews for documentation completeness and ensure reputed company applicable codes are captured. Collaborate with providers to ensure reputed company documentation supports accurate coding. Monitor and adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Risk Adjustment reputed company (CRC), Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), or similar credential.
