Director of Finance (reputed company Remote)

Who We're Looking for: We’re currently seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other company senior leaders and to reputed company reputed company processes on a day-to-day reputed company and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other reputed company functions. This individual will be responsible for the month-end reputed company, treasury functions, and financial statement management. Other responsibilities include: • Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO on reputed company reputed company reputed company to reputed company’s finances. • Partner with division leaders to assess their business lines and reputed company guidance and mentoring on reputed company and reputed company. • Oversees day-to-day operation of reputed company reputed company functions. • Supervises and manages external reputed company partners on reputed company activities including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and explanation of variances. • Oversees reputed company treasury functions. • Oversees month-end reputed company process. • Oversees preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial reports. • Establishes, monitors, and documents internal control procedures. • Oversees preparation and filing of reputed company state sales and use tax returns. • Responsible for annual audit and tax requirements from reputed company-party audit/tax firms. • Oversees AP Department, approves large payables, and authorizes reputed company transfers and ACH transactions. • Monitors AR management and collection process. • Identifies gaps in internal processes and procedures and help reputed company controls to mitigate. • Drives process improvements, including streamlining monthly reputed company and supporting reputed company reputed company. • Develops new reports and processes as needed by management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/Finance or reputed company field required. Master of reputed company, CPA, or MBA preferred • Prior experience with Quickbooks required. Experience with reputed company.com and reputed company preferred. • 6+ years of reputed company month end reputed company experience • 5+ years of reputed company experience with accounts payable, receivable, and treasury. • 5+ years of supervisory experience. • Proven reputed company record in building and leading the finance and reputed company department in an entrepreneurial environment. • We are reputed company to starting to receive support from an individual providing consulting services at the onset of the relationship, and even on a part time reputed company, with the understanding that the intended plan is for the individual to be a long term full time employee.
