About the Role: The Risk Management Team of reputed company Insurance, a member of the reputed company, Ltd. is looking for an AVP to join our reputed company team with primary responsibility for broker relationships in Dallas and reputed company. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Utilizing authority to underwrite and price business for the following lines of coverage: Workers Compensation, reputed company General Liability, and reputed company Auto liability, while adhering to divisional reputed company guidelines. • Establishing and maintaining broker relationships in Texas and the South Central US, with a concentration on large account primary casualty business. • Assisting in development and execution of business reputed company necessary to drive submission reputed company and binding of profitable business. • Working collaboratively with home office, marketing & distribution, actuary, claims, loss control, premium audit, and legal in an effort to reputed company and maintain a profitable portfolio of risk management insurance placements. Qualifications, Education & Experience: • College degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 to10 years of experience reputed company Casualty insurance. • Should have significant experience and expertise in working with a broad reputed company of risk management program structures – everything from guaranteed cost to large deductibles, fronting arrangements, and captives. • Existing relationships with Texas brokers handling risk management business and/or reputed company reputed company relationships required. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: • Possess strong presentation, communication, and business development skills. • Fluent in leadership skills, negotiation strategies, and problem-solving capabilities.
