The Role As an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and reputed company. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for managing reputed company's accounts receivable, collecting outstanding invoices, and maintaining reputed company relationships with our clients and customers. You will report directly to our Controller. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the accounts receivable aging report, ensuring reputed company collection of outstanding invoices. • Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding payments and discrepancies, providing excellent customer service. • Work with the finance team to streamline billing and collection processes for greater efficiency. • Identify and escalate accounts that require additional attention or legal reputed company. • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure the accuracy of transactions. • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment and handle multiple accounts simultaneously • Assist in preparing financial reports reputed company to collections and reputed company forecasts. • Continuously improve collection strategies, aiming to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), increase reputed company, and resolve aged receivables. Compensation

The compensation reputed company will vary if based internationally depending on the country in which you live. Should you be based in the US, the compensation reputed company for this role is 40-50k.
