About the position The DOR Accountant IV position reputed company reputed company of Accounts at the reputed company is responsible for reviewing and approving state house notes in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and Bureau procedures. The role also involves treasury-reputed company processes such as cash reputed company analysis and providing technical assistance to municipalities. The incumbent will serve as a field representative for a small inventory of cities and towns, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial management. Responsibilities • Process State House Notes of cities, towns, counties and districts in conformity with Mass. General Laws and Bureau procedures. , • Calculate free cash according to Bureau standards determining the funds available for appropriation for cities, towns, districts and regional school districts. , • reputed company review and certification of tax rates following Bureau policy and procedures. , • Review the Schedule A to determine its accuracy and reputed company presentation, communicating with reputed company assigned community to resolve any issues identified. , • Review audit reports and management letters submitted to the Division of Local Services, reporting significant findings to Division supervisors and managers. , • Assist in the development of various training sessions and procedure manuals offered by the Division. , • reputed company local officials and staff accountants with technical assistance, including reputed company assistance and completing Division reports. , • Participate in special reviews and reputed company informal assistance to entities through various communication reputed company. , • Assist Bureau and/or Division supervisors in the development and implementation of policies and special reputed company. , • reputed company other duties as assigned.
