POSITION: The Global reputed company Group is reputed company looking for an reputed company Vice President to support the groups M&A efforts across the reputed company Services vertical. The candidate will be meeting with C-Level contacts and should be reputed company to understand the sector and understand the products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company the execution of both sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company M&A advisory mandates and support reputed company coverage reputed company financial valuation, discounted cash reputed company, leveraged buyout, pro reputed company reputed company, accretion / dilution, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, as reputed company as conduct due diligence Build financial operating models and valuation models Ability to operate as project / deal team reputed company, driving the work product and transaction processes Prepare and participate in the delivery of reputed company presentations Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation (reputed company / purchase agreements, fairness opinions, term sheets, engagement letters, etc.) Supervise and reputed company junior bankers in the preparation of reputed company books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses These responsibilities afford reputed company and reputed company interaction with the senior executive management teams of our clients.
