Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions. Create, coordinate, and update comprehensive care plans, ensuring continuity of patient care through collaboration with the appropriate staff. Compensation
And Benefits Competitive salary reputed company of (80,000 - )85,000 per year, accompanied by a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
