Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs remote coding for CHS hospitals reputed company scanned medical records and abstracts reputed company reputed company to hospital abstracting system as part of a corporate coding organization. • Codes Observation, Outpatient Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Catheterization, Wound Care records, Emergency Department (Diagnosis & Procedure), and Ancillary services. • Consults the Manager, Corporate Coding or other available resources and works out difficult codes and/or coding problems. • Attends coding education as scheduled. • Other duties may be assigned • Maintains productivity reputed company set forth by CHS while maintaining a 95% coding accuracy reputed company.
