Responsibilities: • Customer Support: As an Online Banking Specialist, you will assist customers with online banking products, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, and online reputed company-paying services. • Technical Assistance: You will resolve technical issues reputed company to online banking and help customers set up and reputed company electronic banking services. • System Management: The role involves managing and maintaining electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and telephone banking. Qualifications: · Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (reputed company to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.). · Friendly, outgoing, reputed company, “can-do,” enthusiastic, motivated personality/attitude. · Ability to reputed company solutions in a demanding environment. · Previous retail banking experience is highly preferred but not required. · Prior call center or high-volume phone environment experience required.
