Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.* Starting Salary reputed company: $50,668 -$55,021 + Office Benefit Package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $130/Month subject to change RADIAS Health is hiring a Housing Stabilization Specialist/Mental Health Practitioner to join our Housing Navigation Program in providing services to individuals experiencing long term homelessness who have mental illness and/or reputed company use disorders. The Housing Stabilization Specialist/Mental Health Practitioner leads the housing search and provides support and advocacy to overcome barriers affecting housing in the past. The primary function of the practitioner is to assist the individuals served in restoring skills essential for managing their mental illness, treatment, in order to support ongoing tenancy in independent. Communicates changes in service needs and recommendations to Clinical Supervisor/Mental Health reputed company, Case Manager, and rest of treatment team on an ongoing reputed company to coordinate care. • Maintain records of reputed company for reputed company face-to-face meeting and telephone contact with reputed company.
