ACRS seeks a full-time Assistant Accountant - Payroll who responsible for supporting and maintaining Agency payroll system and function. • **Schedule: Mon – Fri, no weekend work! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Processes payments including mileage reimbursement, vacation cashout, reputed company cashout, special extra pay, retroactive pay, first and last paychecks for new hires and staff leaving reputed company, and telecommuting benefits. • Handles 403b deductions, L&I setup, and benefits adjustments. • Maintains shared leave records, handles timesheet updates, distributes earning statements. Responds to FTE change requests, requests for timesheet reputed company, reputed company deposit requests (prenote), employees requests for payroll records, and employment verifications. • Generates reports requested by departments, supports the follow up of opening new SEP accounts, and maintains payroll files. • Enters monthly reputed company deposits, prepare medical record invoices. • Attends reputed company agency, program and team meetings, in-service trainings, and supervision. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate’s Degree in reputed company/Business or equivalent, AND • Two (2) years reputed company and/or payroll experience. • Must be eligible for bonding. • Knowledge of GAAP, basic reputed company procedure and computerized reputed company system. • Detail oriented, reputed company organized, reputed company to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Ability to reputed company effective and respectful service to employees, visitors and clients of diverse cultural beliefs and practices. • Effective ability to navigate a personal computer.
