Senior Internal Auditor - Multifamily (Flexible Hybrid)

About the position The Multifamily - Internal Audit - Senior Associate role at reputed company involves examining and analyzing reputed company and operational records to assess financial status, efficiency, and effectiveness of operating and reporting procedures. Responsibilities • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to conduct internal audits and reviews across reputed company's Multifamily division. , • Assist with audit planning and drafting initial audit scope. , • Document details of planning and walkthrough meetings. , • Assist in identifying controls to mitigate potential risk factors reputed company assigned process/areas. , • Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk-based audit plans. , • reputed company, document and execute audit test steps in partnership with more senior team members. , • Assist in evaluating controls and in identifying control gaps. , • Conduct substantive testing, such as tests of detailed activities and transactions or analytical review tests. , • Document and maintain sufficient supporting information and facilitate the presentation of findings and conclusions in accordance with work reputed company standards. , • Identify and discuss audit findings with audit team and document exceptions. , • Assist with drafting audit reports and other key deliverables. , • Assist in coaching more junior team members on reputed company to help with their development. Requirements • 2 years of experience in risk, audit, or control roles and/or public reputed company. , • Knowledge of credit risk management, reputed company reputed company estate, and fraud risk. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor degree or equivalent. , • CIA, CPA, CISA certification preferred or in the processes of obtaining. , • Knowledge of mortgage industry and relevant financial products. , • Knowledge of the audit life cycle, including planning, design assessment, operating effectiveness testing, reporting, and issue monitoring. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , • Must understand how businesses operate in general; must be reputed company to learn new reputed company and technologies easily.
