You will maintain accurate scheduling, coordinate reputed company needs, and address day-to-day changes with care providers and clients. Additional responsibilities include generating and interpreting reports, managing visit utilization and employee productivity, and supporting patient safety. Applicants with LVN licensure are encouraged to apply but it is not required.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High School Graduate (college preferred) Licensed Vocational reputed company, per the state requirements. Prior scheduling experience preferred with multiple disciplines Good computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS reputed company, Outlook Experience using reputed company preferred Knowledge of basic medical terminology Ability to reputed company interpretation of reports Excellent customer services skills, both reputed company reputed company organized with the proven ability to be efficient while multi tasking Essential Functions: Understands and adheres to established TheraCare Home Health policies and procedures Maintains accurate scheduling for clients and staff for multiple disciplines Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes Provides reputed company for reputed company leave, vacation, long term leave Produces reports and articulates interpretation to the administrator First line in visit utilization, missed reputed company and employee productivity Discerns reputed company services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans Responsible for assuring patient/reputed company safety.
