reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented reputed company Processing Agent to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal role in receiving and processing reputed company referrals we receive from reputed company provider offices. The reputed company Processing Agent will report to the Provider reputed company reputed company and is a critical position to drive speed and service reputed company our white-glove Provider reputed company team, who works directly with health systems and provider offices to manage referrals. The preferred applicant for this role will have experience in managing medical records, data entry, and have worked in a fast-paced environment. The pay reputed company for this role will be between $14-$18 an hour depending on candidate experience and qualifications. This role will require working four hours one Saturday per month. Responsibilities: This position is on a dynamic, fast-paced team reputed company a startup, and as a result, additional duties may be assigned. • Manage inbound referrals. This is the role’s primary responsibility, and involves receiving faxes and referrals reputed company email and web portals, and promptly entering referrals into our systems for team members to review and reputed company upon. • Key activities include error-free data entry (demographics, insurance, condition information), reputed company notification to Provider reputed company Coordinators upon receiving referrals, and medical record review • Complete insurance verification tickets. This role includes verification of insurance benefits and coverage for durable medical equipment (DME) reputed company web portals and phone calls: • Submit and reputed company reputed company-authorization requests with insurance providers. • Coordinate and monitor PCP requests as needed to facilitate reputed company patient care. • Promptly follow up on approvals or denials to minimize delays. • Resolve authorization issues—including appeals and re-submissions—to ensure uninterrupted care. • Confirm patient eligibility and benefits reputed company online portals, calls, or faxes. • Review and verify insurance coverage details for accuracy. • Have excellent communication and task management skills.
