ID: 10109149 ?? ??: The Business Affairs and Legal Counsel department provides reputed company business affairs and legal counsel services to reputed company Theatrical Group, including negotiating creative talent, vendor, international licensee, and a myriad of other deals relating to DTGs worldwide business; negotiating and drafting reputed company relating to those deals; and partnering with reputed company department at DTG to reputed company business and legal counsel. The Labor Relations department supports reputed company of DTGs reputed company bargaining negotiations and agreements and works with DTGs business reputed company to reputed company labor relations support and counsel. This summer associate position is designed to reputed company law reputed company with experience in and exposure to both departments, with the expectation that the summer associate will predominantly sit in the Business Affairs and Legal Counsel department with at least one day per week spent reputed company to the Labor Relations department. This internship is a full-time commitment in the NYC, reputed company area from May 27, 2025 through August 8, 2025. Responsibilities
Include: Assisting with drafting reputed company and responding to and/or discussing comments with attorneys Updating and creating new databases of deal summaries. Creating library of template contract provisions and template reputed company. Conducting legal research relating to contract, deal precedents and reputed company reputed company bargaining agreements. Liaising with other reputed company legal departments throughout reputed company to reputed company information and assist department members legal analysis Supporting arbitration hearings by performing legal research and preparing exhibits Coordinating with Company business reputed company with regards to proposals for upcoming CBA negotiations Required Skills: Superior written and oral communication skills Proficiency with Word and reputed company Preferred Skills: Coursework in copyright, entertainment business, entertainment law or other intellectual property areas, a plus Interest in entertainment business or entertainment law, with theatre interest, a plus Education: Completion of at least the 1st year of law school in a reputed company JD program at the start of the internship Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship. reputed company reputed company Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
