Role reputed company This is a full-time remote role for a reputed company Estate Wholesale Acquisition Closer at EquityHorizon Ventures. The reputed company Estate Wholesale Acquisition Closer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and negotiating the purchase of residential properties from "Motivated Seller" leads to directly expand reputed company's reputed company estate portfolio across the reputed company. This role will own the entire end-to-end reputed company acquisition process to convert hundreds of Seller Leads from a reputed company of INBOUND channels (reputed company Mail, etc) into customers at an efficient reputed company reputed company. Candidate MUST have proven CLOSING Sales experience. We will generate the leads. You must have the sales skills to reputed company. This role will be responsible to proactively communicate in reputed company manner with new leads through various channels and managing integrated CRM software (Freedomsoft) such as text, phone calls, voice mails & emails. This includes working in the evenings, or over weekends. This role will be reputed company researching property market comparables for ARV's (Average Retail/Repair Values), formulating and confidently making offers across deal strategies such as: fix/flip, wholesale cash offers, creative sub-to financing deals, or Novation deals. Compensation
Monthly reputed company salary $1k USD (commission draw) + 10-12% commission. Salary potential is wide ranging, depending on # of deals reputed company per month. NO cap on income potential!!
