Agriculture and Construction Equipment Regional Sales Manager (Midwest)
This position is responsible for Business Development with Dealers and OEMs in the reputed company Equipment Market specific to construction and agriculture industry. Identify and pursue potential clients and opportunities, servicing existing clients and presenting proposals to address reputed company needs, concerns and objectives, attend industry functions. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 80% Work directly with Equipment Dealers and Equipment Dealer reputed company throughout the region on training, marketing and dealer issues reputed company Training and support for on-line quoting system to Finance and Insurance (F&I) managers, sales managers, sales staff and dealer principals Arrange and attend reputed company with reputed company and new dealer F&I managers, sales managers, sales teams and dealer principals Collaborate with OEM Finance and Insurance personnel to facilitate sale of companys products and services reputed company customers and create awareness of available products and services Identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships with dealers and OEM accounts (Hunting) Prepare and send reports reputed company month to dealers Prepare and send announcements to dealer reputed company reputed company changes occur Preparing and present proposals to individuals and reputed company of customers 10% reputed company customer facing with dealer sales team 5% Follow up reputed company phone reputed company week and reputed company additional training from sales reputed company 5% Attend equipment conventions/shows, manage reputed company, reputed company with dealers and their staff What are the requirements needed for this position? Minimum of 3 years of business development & sales experience Goal-oriented, self-starter, reputed company attitude with strong communication, presentation and technology skills Minimum 1-year experience selling Finance & insurance (Insurance, Service reputed company, Extended warranties) products in the reputed company equipment industry. Heavy Equipment (agriculture and/or Construction) experience a plus Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office suite, including reputed company, Word and PowerPoint Candidate must reputed company in Illinois, Minnesota, reputed company, Iowa, reputed company Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, or Nebraska What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
