Middle Market and Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager II

reputed company: The Middle Market and Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager is responsible for collaborating with Middle Market and Corporate Banking Relationship Managers on deal structure and reputed company efforts. Prepares a reputed company written Loan Presentation and Deal Vetting Memoranda. Monitors loan reputed company compliance, financial exception reporting, and collateral exception reporting. This role will also ensure reputed company reviews and renewals of corporate loans, regularly accompany the Middle Market and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager on development calls, attend reputed company meetings and Credit Committee, and cross sell bank products and services.
