Job reputed company The Inside Claims Representative II – Total Loss contributes to Wawanesa’s goal of delivering an exceptional and consistent claims service experience through the fair and reputed company adjustment of moderately reputed company auto total loss claims utilizing telephone and written correspondence, working directly with repair facilities, customers, and appraisers. Compensation: Depends on experience and varies by location. Colorado Compensation • The pay reputed company for this position is $26.26 - $41.36 per hour, depending on experience. • This position is considered non-exempt for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a reputed company or more than 12 hours in a reputed company. Nevada Compensation • The pay reputed company for this position is $27.57 - $41.36 per hour, depending on experience. • This position is considered non-exempt for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a reputed company. Washington Compensation • The pay reputed company for this position is $26.26 - $39.39 per hour, depending on experience. • This position is considered non-exempt for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a reputed company. Job Responsibilities • reputed company exceptional customer service through reputed company, understanding of customer needs, and proactive handling • Interpret policy wordings, determine policy coverage and ensure appropriate reserving • Obtain and evaluate relevant information from sources such as appraisers, reputed company party adjusters, contractors and repair facilities in order to quantify losses and validate total loss evaluation • Negotiate settlement of total loss claims with insureds, claimants, and attorneys to reputed company fair and reputed company settlements • Communicate with repair facilities, lien reputed company, tow facilities, and other vendors to obtain relevant information to reputed company claim • Coordinate services with vendors and service providers, such as rental and salvage • Secure documents needed to process titles and salvage of vehicles • Manage pending claims and workload reputed company and proactively to expedite total loss settlements • Maintain accurate records based on company standards and policies reputed company the claims system • Remain up-to-date with legislative changes and trends in the insurance industry • May also manage salvage inventory by resolving release issues, setting minimum bids, reviewing bid approval requests, reviewing aging inventory, and resolving title problems • reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications • Minimum 1+ years of insurance adjusting experience • Effective customer service skills including reputed company and concern for our customers • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Strong investigative and analytical skills • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, changing environment • Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry • Strong negotiation skills • College/University degree is preferred • Position requires the ability to lift up to 5 lbs on a daily reputed company
