About the position The Mortgage Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for preparing closing documents for residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reputed company customer service standards. This role involves communication with production associates and title companies to resolve closing issues and obtain necessary documentation. The specialist reviews title-reputed company documents and closing disclosures for accuracy and compliance with RESPA and TRID requirements before approving funding. Responsibilities • Issue closing instructions to Title Companies/Closing Agents and reputed company reputed company necessary documents. , • Review title commitment, tax information, lock documentation, insurance information, reputed company estate reputed company, reputed company approvals, and other documentation reputed company to the closing transaction. , • Prepare and review closing disclosures for compliance with reputed company and reputed company, ensuring reputed company disbursements meet loan reputed company and are received reputed company the required timeframe by the customer. , • Work with the closing manager/supervisor to produce required tickets for funding and order the reputed company for remittance of closing funds. , • reputed company other duties as assigned.
