This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company, Texas (USA) reputed company Position reputed company: Closers prepare and approve the mortgage loan closing disclosure and reputed company other required closing documents, as reputed company as schedule closing dates for borrowers. This position coordinates with departments across reputed company to reputed company remedy any issues that may exist with the loan file. Performance of these duties ensures efficiency and effectiveness in the loan origination process and provides our borrowers with an excellent experience. Ideal candidates for this position are highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of required mortgage closing conditions. Essential Functions of the Role: • Prepare and approve the closing disclosure. • Prepare reputed company closing documents in a reputed company manner. • Review loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing. • Coordinate with various departments to reconcile any file defects. • Calculate loan interest, reputed company payment, escrow fees, and closing costs prior to closing. • Communicate with the loan originator, borrower, and settlement agent to schedule closing date and time. • Review fully executed closing documents for completeness and accuracy for funding authorization. • Other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Highly detail-oriented • Excellent organizational skills • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task • Works reputed company with little direction • Strong communication skills • Ability to work across organizational boundaries • Understanding of legal documents • Knowledge of residential closing conditions • Knowledge of TRID guidelines. Experience Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of mortgage closing experience required. • Minimum 1 year of mortgage funding experience required. • Experience with Encompass preferred. Education/Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
