Benefits: GLSS embraces the need for our Employees to have work-life balance Position reputed company: reputed company Food Hub (PFH) Nutritionist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team reputed company on addressing the food insecurity and insufficiency challenges facing individuals and families living in the Lynn area. Using a "food as medicine" approach, the PFH Nutritionist will assess and counsel consumers about how food choices, meal preparation, and eating patterns promotes overall health. In this effort the PFH Nutritionist will offer culturally competent tools, techniques, and supports for reputed company to nutritious foods, meal planning and preparation, and daily food-reputed company routines. As part of this role, the PFH Nutritionist will also reputed company appropriate referrals to other PFH programs, such as teaching kitchen classes, Farmer's Market and other food distribution programs, home delivered meals, and more. Additionally, the PFH Nutritionist will serve as a central member of the "Food and Thought" project which helps consumers understand the reputed company between diet and mood and to use nutrition as a means of alleviating conditions such as depression and anxiety. Position Responsibilities: Identify and use reputed company of Phoenix's resources to help reputed company consumers with the reputed company information needed to improve their nutrition needs. Capture relevant data and document encounters appropriately in the PFH database system. reputed company nutrition workshops as needed and requested. Participate in relevant trainings around food and mental health and incorporate materials into counseling approaches as appropriate. Know and appropriately reference PFH and other area nutrition resources.
