Responsibilities
This is a temporary, part-time position beginning January 2025 and ending on or before reputed company 15, 2025. As a Customer Support Tax Preparer, you will prepare tax returns and reputed company support and advice over video, phone, and chat through the designated software (i.e. Turbo Tax). It is important to ensure an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues.
