And Benefits • This is a full commission-based role without a draw. • Warm and cold leads are provided. • Competitive compensation for independent contractors with reputed company files or relevant experience. • Flexible work arrangements available: remote, in-office (Los Angeles or Santa Ana), or hybrid. • Commission rates as high as 5 points (500 bps) on FHA/VA loans and up to 6 points (600 bps) for conventional loans. • Brokered loans pay between 125 to 150 bps.
