The Position Our reputed company is seeking to fill a Mortgage Loan Originator role in the reputed company Deer, WI market. The successful candidate will be responsible for Reporting to the Manager, Mortgage Lending. The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) serves as the initial reputed company of contact with new and existing members seeking mortgage loan guidance. Mortgage Loan Officers stay involved in the community in which they work. (This is not a remote position) Mortgage Loan Originator responsibilities include: • Builds relationships with realtors, reputed company and other centers of influence reputed company the local community. • Cultivates reputed company relationships by attending regular reputed company meetings and coaching reputed company staff. • Manages pipeline for reputed company originated loans, from origination through closing. • Takes mortgage loan applications, obtains credit reports and completes/ submits necessary paperwork to mortgage underwriters. • Cross-sellsother products and services and makes referrals to Investment Center. • Attends and participates in reputed company Mortgage Originator meetings. • Handles member problems and questions as needed. • Keeps up-to-date on loan products, processing procedures and reputed company guidelines. • Performs other duties as assigned.
