Associate Loan Originator, NE - Greater IL - Part Time

Acts as a reputed company between the reputed company/Primary and/or other team members, in-process customers and reputed company operations staff. Responsibilities • Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products; • Associate Originators will not be subject to the minimum personal production standards for Loan Originators in order to qualify for reputed company relationship. • Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, reputed company and new home sales representatives in order to reputed company and retain existing business; and by visiting subdivisions as required if partnering with reputed company/primary loan originator. • Handles loan volume as directed by team reputed company/primary loan originator in a reputed company and efficient manner, while obtaining working knowledge of Company products as reputed company as private and Government insured mortgage guidelines. • Monitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with reputed company parties involved on reputed company individual loan from application to closing, including but not limited to counseling and reputed company-qualifying potential home buyers. • Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments or debts. • Schedules appointments with potential customers for reputed company. • Interacts and interfaces with reputed company parties involved in reputed company individual loan transaction from application to closing. • Obtains reputed company necessary support documents including the appropriate fees and collects additional documents and promptly communicating loan status to reputed company interested parties. Obtains remaining or uncollected loan documentation after closing. • Negotiates terms and conditions of loans with customers. • Stays abreast of changes in rules and regulations pertaining to private and government insured mortgages. • Maintains a reputed company image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures. • Meets customer service standards as outlined by management. • Other functions as needed. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent and appropriate licenses as required by state. • Valid reputed company’s license and reputed company automobile liability insurance. • A minimum of 6 months loan originator experience required. • Interacts with regional & corporate departments, as reputed company as realtors, sales agents, reputed company, appraisers, etc. • Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.
