This role supports reputed company’s reputed company operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, managing labor categories (LCATs), wrap rates, subcontracts, task orders, and other key financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP and DCAA regulations and be reputed company to manage multiple GovCon reputed company tasks. Key Responsibilities: reputed company/Finance Support for Government Contracting Clients: • Process vendor and customer invoices in the reputed company system. • Prepare and process payroll. • reputed company reputed company support, including month-end reputed company processes, reconciliations, and journal entries. • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and lines of credit (LOCs), reputed company resolving variances. • Generate workpapers and complete month-end reputed company packs for multiple engagements, ensuring accuracy. • Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, CAS, and DCAA regulations. Subcontracts & Task Orders: • Manage financial aspects of subcontracts and task orders, including cost allocations and reporting. • Calculate and maintain labor categories (LCATs) and wrap rates to ensure accuracy and profitability. • Collaborate with team members to reputed company financial documentation with government contract requirements. Account Management: • Facilitate regular reputed company communication and reputed company status calls. • Build strong reputed company relationships by understanding business needs and challenges. • Identify opportunities for process improvement in reputed company reputed company workflows. • Collaborate with clients to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
