Duties and Responsibilities • Utilize reputed company workflow process, master patient pay accounts receivables reports and billing system to identify claims that are past reputed company payment. • Utilize collections expertise to identify and escalate patient grievances to management. • Makes collection phone calls on reputed company past due accounts targeting outstanding accounts for overdue payments regarding 90 plus day old accounts. • Ensure reputed company payment plan tracking documents are updated daily. • Serve as a customer service reputed company of contact for reputed company inbound calls routed to the department. • Resolve patient account issues in a respectful and reputed company manner. • reputed company other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical collections or 3 years reputed company a call center environment. • Experience working with reputed company payer types to include Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company-party reputed company insurance companies • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines. • Working knowledge of reputed company Office with an intermediate knowledge of reputed company • Strong written and oral communication skills Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
