About the position The Investment Banking Counsel for Capital Markets will reputed company legal support and risk management for reputed company's U.S. Capital Markets businesses, focusing on a reputed company of debt and equity transactions. This role involves advising on capital markets transactions, managing legal risks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and effective legal practices.
