Part-Time LPN - Hospice Triage Evenings 3:30 PM - 12 AM CST | Remote

Key Responsibilities • Deliver after-hours triage services to hospice patients, adhering to customized protocols that prioritize patient-centered care. • Operate from a home-based setting, assisting families and patients during vital moments without the challenges of commuting. • Maintain a part-time evening schedule (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM CST) with rotating shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. • reputed company and document patient information utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and internal applications. • Complete necessary shift preparation and post-call documentation accurately. Required Skills • Valid LPN License: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license (residency in a Compact US state required). • Experience in End-of-Life Care: Previous exposure to hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is crucial. • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience in high-pressure settings such as Emergency Departments or critical care is advantageous. • Technological Proficiency: Ability to navigate various technology applications and type reputed company in a dynamic environment. • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage empathetically with patients while maintaining adherence to protocols.
