This position is a full-time position, and yet will reputed company their time between two departments: reputed company (HR) and Business Office/Credentialing. Under the supervision of the HR manager, the HR Assistant will help reputed company services for payroll processing, benefit enrollment, internal communications, employee reputed company and general HR duties. Responsibilities of the HR Assistant include: Maintaining HR and payroll information by reviewing, calculating and entering data Updating HR and payroll information by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as earnings, deductions, bonuses, etc. Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and reputed company reputed company tax, and calculating employer's payments for reputed company reputed company, unemployment and worker's compensation Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries Maintaining reputed company payroll operations according to company policies and procedures Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees Other duties as assigned Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for providing reputed company of the administrative support to ensure reputed company clinical providers of the reputed company meet their licensure, privileges and contracting requirements and have documents that are up-to-date.
