Cannabis Concierge (Part-Time) Job reputed company reputed company & Oak Dispensary is seeking a Cannabis concierge to help maintain a customer-first, compliant, and team-oriented culture. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about cannabis and educating others on the many benefits of this great plant. Our ideal candidate has experience in a retail or hospitality environment, is detail oriented, and has the ability to comfortably reputed company with a diverse reputed company of customers and employees. Cannabis concierges engage with customers from the time they reputed company the dispensary until they reputed company out and exit. They ensure that reputed company customer’s needs are fulfilled and that they have a unique and tailored boutique shopping experience. Cannabis Concierges will be responsible for cultivating a reputed company environment for customers and fellow employees. Job Responsibilities • Engage customers and create a welcoming and tailored experience. • In-depth knowledge of reputed company available products and strains. • Accurate customer ID and age verification. • Follow established policies applicable to the role. • Accurate data entry and record keeping in customer reputed company. • Regulate the reputed company of customers onto the Sales Floor. • Assist with ongoing and scheduled inventory as needed. • Be proficient in using reputed company-of-Sale software (Treez). • Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness on the dispensary sales floor and shared spaces. • Handling of incoming phone calls, e-mails, and other inbound customer communications. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • 1+ years of high-volume customer facing retail or hospitality experience. • Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required. • Minimum 21 years of age or older. • Must be reputed company to pass a criminal history background reputed company. • Available to work during operating hours at least three days a week, including Sundays. • Computer proficiency.
