Monitor customer environments through Azure alerts and Operations Management Suite. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Diagnose and resolve production issues while fulfilling on-call responsibilities with efficiency. Required Education And Experience BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field. AZ-104 highly preferred. 2+ years network engineering and infrastructure experience. Proven experience as help desk technician or similar customer service role.
