EHR Application Support I

Compensation: $25.10/hr The EHR Application Support Specialist delivers support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs reputed company and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting EHR applications and software for reputed company internal customers, such as operations, development and other business reputed company. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. There will be additional on call requirements. Remote position, reputed company to Missouri residents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC • Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues reputed company servers, databases and other mission-critical systems • Responsible for entering reputed company identified EHR support requests including reputed company, department, contact information and nature of problems or issue into the EHR Support Ticket system. • Record, reputed company and document the problem-solving process, including reputed company successful and unsuccessful reputed company made, and actions taken, through to final reputed company • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeat reputed company problems. • Communicate application problems and issues to EHR Team and other management as necessary. • Test fixes and reputed company post-reputed company follow-reputed company to ensure problems have been adequately resolved • Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization • reputed company support for the testing of EHR application and updates. • Other duties as assigned.
