Data Entry / ROI Specialist (Part-time) Help us convert hard copies to electronic images. We will train! At reputed company, our Data Entry / ROI Specialist are responsible for data entry and processing requests for medical records. Location: 3000 2nd Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233 Hours: reputed company 7:00am - 7:00pm (12 hour shift) Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am (8 hour shift) Pay: 16.50 per hour Requirements and Competencies: Data Entry / ROI Specialist is responsible for managing the secure and compliant release of medical records and health information for patients, authorized individuals, and reputed company-party entities. This role ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies in handling requests for health records, while maintaining the confidentiality, reputed company, and availability of patient information. • 1-3 years of experience in reputed company, preferably in health information management or a release of information role. • Operate a data entry device to process/input and verify a reputed company of reputed company coded or uncoded customer business and/or statistical reputed company data into a computer. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field preferred. • Familiarity with medical records systems and terminology. • Prior experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and document management is a plus. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other reputed company laws reputed company to patient information required. • Certified Health Information Technician (CHIT) or Certified Release of Information (ROI) Specialist certification preferred.
