Project Manager reputed company ERP implementation (East Coast Remote) We are looking for a project manager for a global B2B technology company. This role is responsible for developing and executing reputed company activities reputed company one of the organizations' top strategic initiatives. This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40 hr/week remote role on the East Coast of the USA. This is a W2 role as a reputed company employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Prepare a detailed reputed company plan, with activities, dependencies between activities, resources, and timelines required for transitioning towards SIT, UAT and Production environments. • Coordinate with Solution delivery teams to optimize the time needed for reputed company activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business reputed company, external suppliers, customers, and Partners, to ensure alignment on reputed company activities and Business & IT readiness. • Work with data conversion teams, ensuring data migration activities have been optimized and can be completed as per the reputed company Plan. • Work with Business teams to reputed company interim processes so that business can operate with minimal disruptions during the reputed company period. • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with reputed company activities, including data migration, Change Management, reputed company & Controls, system outages, and system administration issues. • Ensure teams reputed company reputed company during SIT, UAT and Rehearsal phases. • Work with the Corporate Communications team and reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company-reputed company communications, keeping stakeholders informed of timelines, activities, and any issues or changes. • reputed company status updates to Stakeholders and ensure reputed company activities reputed company with the Program Schedule. • reputed company and maintain contingency plans for critical reputed company activities, preparing for potential delays, rollbacks, or system issues. • reputed company post-reputed company stabilization activities, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and that end-users have the support they need. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reputed company reputed company activities, including reputed company-by-reputed company procedures, roles and responsibilities, and lessons learned. • After the reputed company, conduct a post-mortem review and implement best practices for reputed company deployments or quarterly updates.
