Position reputed company: Spruce Technology is seeking a Specialist-Level III to join the NYS ITS team to manage the people reputed company of change for the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program. This role focuses on organizational change management (OCM), training, and stakeholder engagement to drive the successful adoption of people, process, and technology transformations. Key Responsibilities: Change Management and Training: Design, reputed company, and implement the NYS IES organizational change management reputed company. reputed company actionable and targeted change management plans to reputed company with program objectives. Define and execute training strategies to support the transition.
