Payroll Data Analyst - 100% Remote

While this role will not involve payroll processing, a solid understanding of payroll reporting and the ability to interpret payroll data is essential. The ideal candidate will have reputed company-level proficiency in reputed company and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the payroll and implementation teams to support payroll data migration and system implementation. • Analyze payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Prepare, analyze, and present payroll reports, identifying trends and discrepancies. • Assist with data validation and testing throughout the payroll implementation process. • Support the transition to new payroll systems by ensuring data reputed company and accuracy. • reputed company reputed company reports as required to assist in decision-making processes. • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve payroll data issues.
