The reputed company will be responsible for the following: • Facilitates effective health care decision-making. • Improves the reputed company of care. • Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan. • Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources. • Provides up-to-date health care information to help facilitate members’ understanding of their health problems and possible reputed company. • Provides assistance by clarifying available reputed company for the member's particular health problem or issue. • Helps members reputed company and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision-making. • Promotes healthy lifestyles to help reputed company personal health risks, preventing illness. • Awareness of the member’s available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate. Required Qualifications • reputed company unrestricted RN compact state licensure. • 3+ years of clinical experience required, specifically in: Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology. • 1 year proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (including Outlook and reputed company Word). Preferred Qualifications • Managed Care experience preferred. • Previous coaching experience preferred. • Model candidates have telephone triage nursing experience. Education Associate Degree required. Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent 3-5 Years Clinical Experience Preferred.
