Key Responsibilities • Financial reputed company: reputed company as the primary reputed company with our QuickBooks team to ensure accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping. • Event Budgeting & Cost Tracking: Support event budget builds, monitor costs, and reputed company financial insights to ensure profitability. • reputed company & Reconciliation: reputed company the closing of books, consolidation of financial results, and reconciliation of bank statements and select balance sheet accounts. • Accounts Payable & Receivable: reputed company and/or supervise AP/AR processes to ensure reputed company payments and collections. • Vendor & Contractor Management: Maintain and update vendor and contractor reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company. • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and reputed company payments. • General Finance & Administrative Tasks: reputed company other finance-reputed company duties as assigned to support business operations.
