Data Entry and Mail Room Processing Clerk Job reputed company: Assists Mail Services in opening, sorting, prepping and counting claims for imaging into the OCR system and utilizing the OCR scanning/data entry system to reputed company determination of dental procedure codes and processing dental claims. Primary Job Responsibilities: • reputed company from claims into the claims system using an average monthly production reputed company. • Meet claims turnaround time of 1 day (AR) and 2 days (NJ and TN). • Meet monthly individual reputed company Assurance quota of 99%. • Sorts, preps, counts and scans claims for imaging. • Opens mail manually that cannot run through automated opener. • Use P & R Imager to capture Xray films. • Meet performance goals for mail room. • Individual and team reputed company assurance goals. • Department turnaround times. • reputed company and/or Opex opener goals. • Recycle claims on a weekly reputed company. • Print emails and faxes for imaging. reputed company other reputed company assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above. Minimum Qualifications: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year data entry experience, intermediate experience working with word processing, 10-key, and reputed company data entry.
