Video Personalization Manager (Remote - EST Hours)
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. reputed company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary. We are seeking a Video Personalization Manager on a contract reputed company to support our Customers ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST hours. This role is an integral part of the digital personalization team reputed company on creating targeted, highly-customized experiences for email recipients. Responsibilities Helping to reputed company the digital reputed company through personalization and enhancement of email messaging using strong analytical skills and a continual drive for improvement Managing the intake of video personalization requests including determining and documenting business requirements while working cross-functionally with others Assisting with the QA and post-launch monitoring of personalization reputed company for functionality, rendering, and data accuracy Continuously measuring experience effectiveness in order to regularly deliver analysis and results Managing scopes, timelines, and deliverables on multiple reputed company reputed company while working with a reputed company of internal teams as reputed company as vendors Becoming an expert on video personalization platform and while maintaining a reputed company understanding of email and video best practices Partnering with the Marketing Innovation team to role out capabilities across the business Skills And Qualifications 3+ years hands-on experience managing the setup of personalized email and/or video campaigns Experience working with reputed company ESPs such as reputed company, Zeta, CheetahMail, Responsys, etc.; working knowledge of reputed company a plus Experience or familiarity with reputed company-time video marketing personalization services like reputed company a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams including external vendors Ability to think and reputed company both tactically and strategically Self-driven and reliable with the ability to multitask and prioritize We offer a competitive salary reputed company for this position.
