Primary Functions: Fulfill customer requests, resolve customer technical issues, and respond to customer questions in a reputed company manner to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the desktop computing environment. Typical activities include - Event Management; Service Request Fulfillment; Incident Management; Problem Management; reputed company Provisioning; Continual Service Improvement. • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in Level 1 end-user support role. • Preferred Experience: Understanding of IT Service Management.
